Footnotes
THAT'STHEFACTJACK forwardly placed three to four paths off the rail down the backstretch, tucked to the two path into the turn and advanced to press the pace through the bend coming under coaxing with five-sixteenths to go when getting on near even terms for the front, spun three wide into upper stretch, seized narrow command at the three-sixteenths marker, dug in tussling with the runner up before edging away inside the final sixteenth to prevail. SPIRIT OF ESTHER cut the pace just off the inside down the backstretch, tucked inside into the turn and came under increasing pressure through that bend and got placed to coaxing near the quarter pole, spun just off the inside into upper stretch, yielded the front with three-sixteenths to run and tussled with the aforementioned foe latched on until shaken off a sixteenth out, then dug in and held the place honors over a closing rival. MIA NIPOTINA got bumped at the start by TAMMY'S CRUISER, who broke outwards, raced five to six paths off the inside early on before chasing four then three wide coming under a ride at the three-eighths pole, went eight wide into upper stretch, offered up late foot and missed for the place honors on the wire. CHA CHA WREN chased along the inside and then just off the inside under a ride from three furlongs out, angled three to four wide into upper stretch, offered up a mild bid. TAMMY'S CRUISER broke out at the start bumping MIA NIPOTINA lightly, chased five to six paths off the rail early on before tucking three then two wide, came under urging at the five-sixteenths, went seven wide into upper stretch, offered up a bid but was outkicked. ROSE LISA chased along the inside and then just off the inside under encouragement from the five-sixteenths marker, took the inside route into upper stretch, tired. WIDDERSHINS shied out at the start filling the space left vacant by TAMMY'S CRUISER, then got lightly bumped by that rival when she was corrected, raced five then four wide in aim of the leader, came under urging near the three-eighths pole, faded and swung five wide into upper stretch, then tired through to the finish.
