Footnotes
TRADE SECRET was hustled from the gate, angled in while going to the front, showed the way on the inside of rivals, vied in the two path on the turn, shook clear into upper stretch, responded well under a strong hand-ride while being flagged with the crop in the drive and proved best. COQUITO was hustled from the start, stalked the pace on the outside, was asked in the four path on the turn, chased the winner to the finish and kept on to get the place. APRIL ANTICS was taken in hand when the leaders crossed in front early then settled off the pace, raced in the three path while roused on the turn, turned into the stretch in the five path then moved to the six path, kept on in pursuit of the top two in the final furlong and finished willingly but missed hte place while clear for the show. HALO CITY moved out early then settled at the rear, was urged along late on the backstretch, traveled around the turn in the two then three path, spun into the stretch in the five path then moved to the six path and lacked the needed response. EVERLYS GIRL was hustled from the gate, moved in while showing speed then prompted the pace loosely between horses, was asked at the seven-sixteenths pole, vied between horses in the three path on the turn, dropped back into upper stretch, moved to the rail inside the three-sixteenths pole and tired. WAITWAITDONTTELLME was hustled from the gate, settled off the pace, was urged along passing the nine-sixteenths pole, saved ground on the turn, moved off the rail in upper stretch and came up empty.
