DOLOMITE was well placed towards the front, moved from the rail to the three path on the turn, made a bid coming to the quarter-pole, took over in the five path into upper stretch and drew away under steady urging. NOLITA was urged at the rear, raced in the three to five path on the turn, turned into the stretch in the four path and improved to just get the place. SNAPPIN BUTTONS bumped with a rival at the start, stalked the pace on the outside, made a bid late on the backstretch, took the lead in the two path midway through the turn, lost the advantage in the three path into upper stretch and weakened then just lost the place while narrowly able to get the show. SWEETEST PRINCESS bumped with a foe at the start, was urged along towards the rear, raced in the four then three path on the turn and improved to just miss the trifecta. A MAIZE ZING DOTIE was hustled to the front then showed the way, vied inside on the turn, lost the advantage with three furlongs to run, dropped back in upper stretch and tired. ARIANA RYE chased the pace, dropped back near the nine-sixteenths pole, went around the turn in the two path, turned into the stretch in the three path and came up empty. FAST AND FRISKY settled under some urging, came under stronger encouragement while in the four then five path on the turn, turned into the stretch in the six path and lacked the needed response. CLOVER STREET settled towards the rear, was urged along in the three then four path on the turn, spun into the stretch in the five path, moved in outside the furlong marker and was no factor. SOHANA stumbled at the start, was forwardly placed on the outside, chased in the three then four path on the turn, spun into the stretch in the five path and faltered. TRUE EMPRESS was fractious in the gate, settled on the inside, steadied briefly while put in tight quarters coming to the five-eighths pole, dropped back under urging while inside to the two path on the turn and also faltered.
