BROWN SUGA BABE was hustled from the gate, stalked the pace on the outside, was urged along passing the nine-sixteenths pole, made a bid in the four path on the turn, turned into upper stretch on even terms for the lead, shook off the runner-up near the furlong marker and held under strong urging. MISS LAO bumped with a rival at the start, moved out leaving the chute, settled just off the pace on the outside, chased in the five path on the turn, made a bid near the five-sixteenths pole, battled under a drive in upper stretch, lost touch with the winner into the final furlong and proved no match while clear for the place. MAGGY'S PALACE settled off the pace, was urged along passing the five-eighths pole, moved from the rail to the three path on the turn, swung out to the seven path into upper stretch and was along for the show. BUSTIN BAY was hustled from the gate, prompted the pace on the outside, vied in the three path on the turn, passed the five-sixteenths pole on even terms for the lead, dropped back into upper stretch then moved out and tired. MOSIENKO settled towards the rear on the outside, was urged in the three then four path on the turn, turned into the stretch in the six path and lacked the needed response. ECHO IN ETERNITY broke a step slow, moved up to be well positioned just off the pace, was asked near the seven-sixteenths pole, chased in the two then three path on the turn and came up empty. LAVON stumbled at the start then bumped with a foe, settled near the back, was urged along in the two to three path on the turn and was no factor. MAGGIE T showed speed and went to the front, set the pace under pressure to her outside, vied along the rail on the turn, lost the lead just inside the five-sixteenths pole and faded.
