Footnotes
CHALKY CAT bumped with a rival at the start, was urged along on the outside, went around the turn in the five path, dropped to the four path near the quarter-pole then turned into upper stretch under the crop, rallied outside while drifting in inside the three-sixteenths pole, closed well to make a bid coming to the sixteenth-pole and got up to prevail. THANK YOU JON bumped with a foe at the start, disputed the pace on the outside, shook clear while dropping from the three path to the rail on the turn, was asked late on that bend, responded well when put to the crop in upper stretch, led into the final sixteenth but was caught while able to get the place. HE'S GOT IT brushed with a rival at the start, moved out early then was urged along well off the pace, traveled around the turn in the four path, spun into the stretch in the six path and finished well to get the show. BADLANDS RULER was away well from the inside post, raced off the pace under urging, dropped from the two path to the rail early on the turn, saved ground into the stretch and tired. SUGAR GRAY LEONARD brushed with a rival at the start, moved out early then dropped well back under urging, angled in later on the backstretch, shifted from the rail to the three path on the turn, moved out under a left-handed crop in upper stretch, switched to a right-handed crop inside the furlong marker and failed to threaten. DEVIL'S CAY brushed with a rival at the start, was urged along off the pace, rounded the turn in the four path, came into the stretch in the five path and failed to respond. DADS GOOD RUNNER disputed the pace on the inside of two foes, dropped back while moving from the inside to the two path on the turn and capitulated. WHENLOVETAKESOVER brushed with a rival at the start, was urged along off the pace, raced in the three path on the turn, tossed his head and steadied near the three-eighths pole and also failed to respond. KREESA disputed the pace between horses, dropped back in the two then three path on the turn, spun into the stretch in the five path and retreated. COLLECTED SPECIAL was hustled from the gate then chased the pace, dropped back under urging late on the backstretch, moved from the rail to the two path on the turn and faltered.
