MAGNIFICENT MILE was reluctant to load, raced on the far outside while ridden along, went around the turn in the five to six path, rallied outside into upper stretch, closed well to make a bid into the final furlong, gained the lead outside the sixteenth-pole, fought with the runner-up to the finish and narrowly prevailed under strong urging. BEAVER STATE broke out at the start, settled off the pace then was coaxed on the outside with five furlongs to run, chased in the four path on the turn, turned into upper stretch under a drive, made a bid into the final furlong, fought with the winner to the finish and just missed while clear for the place. LIBERTE DE BAYEUX stalked the pace on the outside, vied in the three path under urging on the turn, took a short lead in upper stretch, led under a drive into the final furlong then was overtaken by the top two while clear for the show. I SEE YOU LOOKIN was ridden along off the pace, dropped from the three path to the rail early on the turn, moved back to the three path late on that bend, angled out in a good striking position in upper stretch but flattened out and lacked the needed response. SORORITY PRANK was well placed just off the pace, drafted in the two path on the turn, was given his cue coming to the quarter-pole, moved out outside the furlong marker and lacked the needed kick. SCREAMING UNCLE broke in at the start, was urged along off the pace, angled from the two path to the five path on the far turn, gained into a reasonable striking position but flattened out in the stretch. SIN NOMBRE was urged along off the pace, went two then three wide on the turn and failed to rally. BEST BET showed speed and went to the front, dropped from the two path to the rail under urging on the turn, lost the advantage in upper stretch and gave way. VINSANITY was well placed just off the pace, chased late on the backstretch, saved ground on the turn and came up empty.
