Footnotes
TWO FOR CHARGING bumped with rivals at the start, was urged along the outside, went four wide on the turn, rallied five wide into the stretch, closed well to make a bid nearing the sixteenth-pole and got up under good handling to prevail. HEARD ON THESTREET was bumped on both sides at the start then pinched back, moved up on the outside under coaxing, chased in the four then three path on the turn, made a bid near the five-sixteenths pole, took the lead into upper stretch, drifted out near the sixteenth-pole then was caught while clear for the place. MIDNIGHT WORKER brushed a foe with his hindquarters at the start, chased the pace, dropped from the three path to the two path early on the turn, made a bid near the five-sixteenths pole, dropped back into the final furlong and weakened but held the show. WATASHA settled off the pace, was urged in the three path on the turn, turned into the stretch in the five path and improved position. KING MOONRACER was ridden along off the pace, moved from the two path to the three path on the turn, remained on his inside lead until outside the sixteenth-pole then swapped to the proper lead and lacked the needed response. GOOD REUNION chased the pace, moved from the rail to the two path on the turn and tired. PARKERNESS bumped soundly with a rival at the start, moved in while going to the front then showed the way, dropped from the two path to the rail early on the turn, lost the lead into upper stretch and gave way.
