STRAPPED away last, chased five to six paths off the inside down the backstretch and then five wide through the turn under coaxing from the seven-sixteenths, swung five wide into upper stretch, dug in under a drive getting herded minorly by the leader until seizing command a sixteenth from home, then inched away to the finish. TORPEDO RUN broke out at the start taking over the lane of BOYS CODE, chased three wide advancing under coaxing to take command at the three-eighths, swung three to four wide into upper stretch, dug in under a drive coming out and herding out STRAPPED to the sixteenth marker when displaced from the front, ran on to chase that rival home well clear of the rest to be along second best. BROWN DON'T STOP broke out at the start, chased along the inside briefly before tipping two to three wide, came under urging at the three-eighths, angled out five wide into upper stretch and weakened. BOYS CODE got bumped at the start by SOLO EMPIRE and had his lane taken over by TORPEDO RUN, chased three then two wide growing detached at the tail of the field, came under encouragement at the seven-sixteenths, went seven to eight wide into upper stretch and improved position to the finish. D DAY SKY broke awkwardly at the start, showed the way in hand just off the inside, yielded the front with three furlongs to go, spun just off the inside into upper stretch and weakened. IRISH TENOR chased along the inside under a ride from the three-eighths, tipped three wide at the top of the stretch, tired. SOLO EMPIRE got away to an awkward start and bumped BOYS CODE, chased four wide under encouragement from the three-eighths, angled five to six wide for home and tired.
