BRAVE BUCK coaxed from the gate, chased four wide under a ride from the five-sixteenths marker, tipped six wide into upper stretch, dug in under a drive rallying through the final furlong, was up in the final forty yards to prevail. CATHEDRAL BEACH chased two then three paths off the inside down the backstretch, went five wide through the turn under urging from the seven-sixteenths, angled seven wide into upper stretch and closed well to secure the place honors. FOR SOME REASON coaxed from the start, dueled from the two path with SCARAMANGA to his inside, came under coaxing near the quarter pole, swung four wide into upper stretch, edged clear under a drive to the eighth pole, dug in under threat and was caught in the final forty yards to the finish. O P FIRECRACKER chased along the inside under a ride from the seven-sixteenths marker, angled three to four wide into upper stretch, offered up a mild bid but was outkicked to the end. SCARAMANGA coaxed from the gate, dueled inside of FOR SOME REASON coming under a ride near the quarter pole, spun two to three wide into upper stretch, weakened.
