RAGING SEA CAPTAIN coaxed from the gate, chased four then three wide coming under a ride at the three-eighths marker, advanced and took over narrow command swinging four wide into upper stretch, edged away to the eighth pole, dug in and held clear to the finish. LEXINGTON PIKE coaxed from the start, raced forwardly placed among a developing pace dispute and eased off, chased along the inside under prolonged encouragement from the half mile pole, angled five wide into upper stretch, offered up a mild kick. BIG BROOKLYN broke in at the start and was corrected, chased just off the inside and then along the inside under a ride from three furlongs out, went seven wide into upper stretch and kicked on belatedly to the finish. MAGNUM'S MACROBRST chased four to five paths off the inside down the backstretch and then three wide through the turn urged along from midway, angled five to six wide into upper stretch and offered up late foot. TWO DUCKS vied early on with a pair of rivals before emerging to duel from the two path with BRASS NUCKS to his inside, came under coaxing with five-sixteenths to go, spun just off the inside into upper stretch displaced from command and weakened. BELLAMY vied early on with a pair of foes before easing off to settle three wide off the duel up front, came under a ride three furlongs out, angled six wide into upper stretch and tired. NATURAL SHOOTER broke out at the start bumping BRASS NUCKS, chased just off the inside under urging from the three-eighths pole, swung four wide for home and tired. BRASS NUCKS got bumped at the start by NATURAL SHOOTER, vied inside a pair early on before emerging to duel with TWO DUCKS to his outside, got ridden along with five-sixteenths remaining, took the inside route into upper stretch and faltered in the drive. SAME OLD STORY three wide in pursuit, got placed to encouragement midway on the turn, angled seven to eight wide into upper stretch, tired, and was eased home through the final furlong.
