GOLDEN SYMPHONY led early on until displaced from command by RITHM NIC with five and a half furlongs to run, chased that rival in closest aim three then two wide coming under a ride at the five-sixteenths pole, spun just off the inside into upper stretch, dug in under a drive between rivals taking narrow command a furlong out, shook off the inner foe as he couldn't keep pace late and fought head to head to the finish with the runner up to his outside and gamely fended off that one to score on the wire. CELESTIAL GLAZE four then three wide in pursuit, came under encouragement at the five-sixteenths, cornered three to four wide into upper stretch, rallied to latch on the top pair near the eighth pole, dug in battling on head to head to the finish but was ultimately denied on the line. SHATTUCK broke out at the start, then chased sluggish early on and tucked along the inside, tipped two then three wide through the turn coming under urging midway, angled out seven to eight wide into upper stretch and offered up a mild kick. RITHM NIC hustled from the gate, established the front near five and a half furlongs to go, showed the way in hand along the inside coming under coaxing near the quarter pole, cut the corner roused into upper stretch, dug in under threat from a pair of foes and relented a furlong out, then weakened in the late stages. DISARMED tossed his head and lunged at the start conceding three lengths to the front, chased five then four wide under a ride from three furlongs out, went seven wide into upper stretch and weakened. EXPLORATION coaxed from the start, chased just off the inside and then along the inside under a ride from the three-eighths pole, angled five wide at the head of the stretch, weakened in the drive. KAZ SUGAR BANK four then three wide in pursuit, got ridden along three furlongs from home, angled six wide into upper stretch and made no impact.
