SNIDE coaxed from the gate, showed the way in hand three paths off the inside early on, had MY SHERRONA advance inside five and a half furlongs from home and dueled with that foe three then two wide through the turn coming under encouragement at the five-sixteenths marker, swung four wide into upper stretch and took over sole command with three-sixteenths to go, then drew clear under a drive to prevail. ELLESMERE ISLAND chased two then three wide under a ride from three furlongs out, angled five wide into upper stretch, ran on to chase the winner home clear of the rest and along second best. DIMENSIONALITY six paths off the inside down the backstretch, went five wide through the turn under urging from midway, swung four to five wide into upper stretch and improved position to garner the show honors. MY SHERRONA bobbled at the break, advanced inside to engage SNIDE in head to head combat with five and a half furlongs to run, came under urging at the seven-sixteenths pole, spun two to three wide into upper stretch, yielded the front straightened away and weakened. TRANGO TOWER broke out at the start, chased three paths off the inside down the backstretch, tipped out five wide midway on the turn urged along before angling back in to swinging three wide at the quarter pole, then tired in the stretch. SHE'S A GEMMA chased five then four wide under encouragement from near the five-sixteenths, went seven wide into upper stretch, tired. TATANIA forwardly placed three to four paths off the inside down the backstretch, began to retreat near the half mile pole, faded through the turn backing away and growing detached at the tail of the field, went eight wide into upper stretch eased and finished in a walk across the wire well behind the rest, then walked off under her own power.
