GO IRISH dueled on the inside of the runner-up while off the rail, dropped in leaving the backstretch, continued to battle with the runner-up while along the rail on the turn, was roused outside the quarter-pole, shook clear in the two path into upper stretch, extended the advantage under the crop into the final furlong then widened while placed under a solid hand-ride from that point to the finish. MILES AND MILES broke out then was corrected by the rider, dueled on the outside then in the two path on the turn, was asked for more near the five-sixteenths pole, dropped back in the three path into the stretch, remained on his left lead in the drive and tired.
