HAVE YOU HEARD four then three wide in pursuit, ranged up to briefly duel with the leader near the five furlong marker, applied pressure to the outside through the turn patiently handled, swung four wide for home, took over command roused at the three-sixteenths, edged clear under a drive to the eighth pole, dug in and held on to prevail over a late charging rival. NARCISO DALI broke in at the start, chased just off the inside under a ride from the five-sixteenths, angled six wide into upper stretch, rallied through the final furlong and missed at the finish. LOU chased two then three wide coming under urging at the three-eighths, angled out eight wide into upper stretch, offered up a mild kick. GLINT hustled from the gate, showed the way in hand along the inside under some pressure from HAVE YOU HEARD to the outside, came under coaxing near the quarter pole and spun just off the inside into upper stretch, yielded the front with three-sixteenths to run and weakened. ARCADIAN hustled from the start, chased four then two wide under urging from the seven-sixteenths, swung four wide for home, had no kick. BLAME IT ON DADDY chased five then four wide down the backstretch and into the turn, came under coaxing three wide at the three-eighths marker, tipped six to seven wide at the head of the stretch and offered no response. CLEVER FOREVER coaxed from the gate, chased along the inside under prolonged encouragement from the half mile pole, cornered just off the inside into upper stretch and made no impact.
