HARD PAR chased three then two wide coming under coaxing near the quarter pole, went six wide into upper stretch, rallied in tandem with COUSIN ED dueling through the final furlong and overthrowing the leader just inside the sixteenth pole, dug in gamely to prevail at the end. COUSIN ED got brushed at the start by PANDEMIC HERO, who broke outwards, chased just off the inside coming under encouragement near the quarter pole, angled five wide into upper stretch, rallied in concert with the aforementioned foe knocking heads through the final furlong and overtaking the leader just inside the sixteenth marker, dug in game to the end but was ultimately denied on the wire. PANDEMIC HERO broke out at the start brushing the aforementioned rival, showed the way in hand just off the inside, continued in the two path into upper stretch, got set down at the three-sixteenths, dug in under growing threat to the outside, got collared just inside the sixteenth marker, kept on safe for the show honors. OAT COUTOUR broke a half a beat slow and then got forced to steady conceding six to seven lengths to the front before settling into stride, chased three then two wide coming under coaxing at the five-sixteenths, tipped four wide into upper stretch and offered up a mild kick. ARMY PROUD chased four then three wide coming under urging at the five-sixteenths, cornered three to four wide into upper stretch, weakened in the late stages. ORIE struck the near side stall and then veered in at the start to the rail conceding six to seven lengths to the front before settling into stride, chased just off the inside and then along the inside, came under coaxing at the five-sixteenths, tipped three wide for home and stayed on one paced to the finish. RAGTIME PRANKSTER broke out at the start, chased along the inside under a ride from three furlongs out, spun just off the inside into upper stretch, weakened in the drive. JOEVIA'S FIRST chased three wide under encouragement from the three-eighths marker, angled five wide at the top of the stretch, tired. This race had a timing discrepancy or malfunction and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate time.
