FAR BRIDGE was rated nicely on the inside, moved up inside of the leaders to take the lead outside the three-eighths pole, continued along the rail going around the final turn, responded well when put to a solid hand-ride inside of the runner-up in upper stretch, shook off that foe outside the furlong marker and proved best under a continued solid-hand ride to the finish. ANGLOPHILE dropped back on the initial straightaway, raced inside for most of the first turn then moved to the two path, settled at the rear while saving ground through the second turn, moved off the rail on the backstretch, was urged along near the half-mile pole, chased under stronger urging in the three path on the final turn, gained to make a bid outside the quarter-pole, turned into the stretch under the crop, chased the winner in the final furlong and finished willingly but was second best. PADIDDLE was reserved under restraint in the two path through the first two turns, steadied off heels when the pacesetter stopped into the final turn, was roused while saving ground on that bend, spun into upper stretch in the two path and weakened while clear for the show. CAPTURE THE FLAG was hustled from the gate, showed early speed then dropped back just behind the leader while inside to the two path on the first turn, tracked the pace on the outside in the two path, made a bid with five furlongs to run then reached even terms for the lead, was asked in the three then two path on the far turn, dropped back into upper stretch and tired. DECANTED went to the front, rounded the first turn in the two path, was well rated while setting the pace, traveled around the second turn on the inside, was challenged on the backstretch, dropped back into the turn then was taken under a tight hold in crowded quarters and stopped.
