WHATCHATALKINABOUT coaxed from the gate, dueled from the three path with SILVER SLUGGER to his inside, got joined outside by SURVEILLANCE into the turn tucking to the two path and vied between foes patiently handled, swung three wide into upper stretch and was set down straightened away, dug in coming out slightly to brush with SURVEILLANCE just outside the eighth pole, fought between rivals in game fashion to seize narrow command seventy yards from the finish and was flashed a right handed crop to the wire to hold a head in front to the line. SILVER SLUGGER coaxed from the start, dueled from the two path inside the aforementioned foe down the backstretch, tucked inside into the turn and vied inside a pair coming under urging nearing the quarter pole, spun just off the inside into upper stretch, dug in under a drive clinging stubbornly to command until headed seventy yards out, then battled on gamely to the finish to preserve the place honors. SURVEILLANCE ridden from the gate, raced four wide off the duel up front before tucking three wide at the half mile pole and advancing to vie outside the top pair, came under encouragement nearing the quarter pole and went four to five wide into upper stretch, came in slightly at the three-sixteenths and had WHATCHATALKINABOUT come outwards and was brushed just outside the eighth pole, dug in fighting on outside the top pair through to the finish in game fashion but was ultimately held at bay while clear for the show honors. FULL MOON MADNESS chased two to three wide under a ride from three furlongs out, angled six wide into upper stretch, ran on to the finish but was outkicked by the top trio. O'CONNER SUNSET got bumped at the start by ANARCHIST, who broke outwards a step, chased five paths off the inside down the backstretch, tucked three then two wide through the turn coming under urging with seven-sixteenths to go, spun two to three wide at the head of the stretch, weakened in the drive. ANARCHIST broke out a step at the start bumping O'CONNER SUNSET, chased four to five paths off the inside down the backstretch from just off the pace, suffered an injury to the right front leg nearing the half mile pole and was quickly placed to a protective hold and expertly guided outside and pulled up near the outside fence, then got vetted on track and was transported off the course via equine ambulance.
