LOVE CERVERE broke in a step at the start bumping DISCO STAR, chased just off the inside from near the rear of the field patiently handled until set down angled six to seven wide into upper stretch, tipped out a path straightened away, closed well on the outside to issue a challenge inside the final sixteenth and was just up in the last jumps to the wire in a blanket finish. HEY BERTIE got bumped at the start by LOVELY EMMA, who broke out a step at the break, chased three wide down the backstretch until tucked inside into the turn, remained on hold until let out along the rail at the quarter pole, tipped to the two path straightened away, dug in under a drive rallying to take command seventy yards from the finish, then got nailed in the final strides to the line. DISCO STAR got bumped at the break by LOVE CERVERE, who broke in a step, chased three wide coming under coaxing near the quarter pole, angled six wide into upper stretch, dug in under a drive running on willingly to the finish but was out-finished in the late stages while just up for the show honors. MARVELOUS MADISON chased just off the inside and then along the inside coming under encouragement with five-sixteenths to go, angled four to five wide into upper stretch, stayed on one paced through to the finish. GATA BRAZIL away a bit tardy, ranged up to take over command near the five-eighths marker and showed the way in hand along the inside, came under urging with five-sixteenths to run, took the inside route into upper stretch, yielded the front at the three-sixteenths and weakened. WISCONSIN GAL four then three wide in pursuit, came under a ride nearing the quarter pole and tipped five wide at the top of the stretch, then weakened in the drive. LOVELY EMMA broke out a step at the start bumping HEY BERTIE, chased three to four paths off the inside down the backstretch and then just off the inside through the turn ridden along from the five-sixteenths, angled five wide for home, weakened in the stretch.
