LOLLIPOPS was hustled from the gate, set the pace under pressure to her outside while off the rail, vied in the two path on the turn, responded well when asked at the quarter-pole, shook clear under a strong hand-ride in upper stretch, was put to a right-handed crop outside the sixteenth-pole and held under strong urging. KHALI'S STORM was urged along off the pace, climbed passing the nine-sixteenths pole, moved closer late on the backstretch, drafted behind the leader in the two path on the turn, was roused at the quarter-pole, chased the winner under a drive into the final furlong, moved out approaching the sixteenth-pole and gained late but missed while clear for the place. OBSERVER was hustled from the gate then urged along off the pace, went around the turn in the three path, turned into upper stretch under a drive and lacked the needed kick while narrowly able to get the show. POSSE ROCKS was fractious in the gate, came away in good order then was hustled, pressed the pace on the outside, was asked in the three path on the turn, lost touch with the winner in upper stretch and weakened then just lost the show. TURBO TRAIN was hustled from the gate, showed speed on the inside of two opponents, was eased back outside the five-eighths pole then angled out, chased from that point on the outside, traveled around the turn in the four path, pursued the winner under a drive into the final furlong and tired. MIDNIGHT GLIMMER broke out then was corrected by the rider while off a step slow, settled on the outside, angled in near the half-mile pole, saved ground while roused on the turn, turned into upper stretch under the crop and failed to rally. FIVE DOZEN ROSES came away awkwardly and was off very slow, spotted the front several lengths, was urged along at the rear, rounded the turn in the two path, spun into the stretch in the four path while under the crop, moved out around the furlong marker and was no factor. SECRET FIRE was hustled from the gate then ridden along towards the rear, saved ground on the turn and showed little.
