Footnotes
NEUSCHWANSTEIN was hustled to the front, set the pace under pressure to his outside, vied in the two path while asked on the turn, was headed while under a drive in upper stretch, fought on gamely with the runner-up into the final furlong, regained the advantage outside the sixteenth-pole and prevailed under good handling. SCARAMANGA pressed the pace on the outside, vied in the three path on the turn, was roused nearing the quarter-pole, took a narrow advantage in upper stretch, dueled with the winner into the final furlong, lost the advantage back to that foe outside the sixteenth-pole and was outfinished while able to get the place. TETSU bumped with a rival just after the start then dropped back, went around the turn in the two then three path, swung out to the six path into upper stretch and finished with good energy to just get the show. DADS GOOD RUNNER was hustled from the gate then chased on the outside, traveled around the turn in the four path, was driven into upper stretch in the five path, pursued the leaders in the drive and finished with good courage to just miss the show. WHENLOVETAKESOVER bumped with foes on both sides at the start, tossed his head badly near the five-eighths pole, raced just off the pace, tossed his head badly again outside the half-mile pole, chased in the two path on the turn, spun into upper stretch in the three path and weakened. JAKE ROCKS reared badly at the start then bobbled while landing and was off slow, spotted the front a few lengths, moved in towards the rear, saved ground on the turn and failed to threaten. ABADIN was hustled from the gate then urged along off the pace, dropped back while inside on the turn and came up empty. GUN MAESTRO bumped with a rival at the start, was urged along on the outside, went around the turn in the five path, turned into upper stretch in the seven path, remained on his inside lead until inside the furlong marker then swapped to the proper lead and failed to respond. PRINCE OF JOY made light contact with a foe after the start then moved in, shifted from the rail to the three path early on the turn, spun into the stretch in the four path and was no factor.
