DOLOMITE broke out and hit the gate then bumped soundly with a rival, settled off the pace, angled out while climbing outside the five-eighths pole then dropped back in, leveled out before the nine-sixteenths pole, was roused at the seven-sixteenths pole, chased in the two then three path on the turn, rallied in the four path into the stretch, closed well to get the lead inside the furlong marker, fought with multiple foes into the final sixteenth then the runner-up late and prevailed under steady urging. CUPID'S HEART bumped the hindquarters of a rival and was off a bit slow, settled at the rear, was urged along late on the backstretch, saved ground on the turn, was driven into the stretch in the two path, gained while chasing into the final furlong, came between foes into the final sixteenth then made a bid but missed while clear for the place. THE BIG CALHOUNA was bumped hard at the start while also bumping with another opponent, moved out outside the five-eighths pole then stalked the pace on the outside, was given her cue in the three path on the turn, gained to make an outside bid in upper stretch, battled on even terms for the lead into the final furlong, fought between foes into the final sixteenth and weakened but earned the show. GOLDEN DEGREE was hustled to the front then taken in hand, showed the way with a clear advantage, went around most of the turn in the two path then dropped to the inside, responded well when asked once straightened for the drive, came under the crop outside the furlong marker, lost the advantage just inside that marker and tired. TIPPLE broke a step slow, was urged along off the pace, moved in near the five-eighths pole, raced in the two path on the turn, was taken in hand off heels inside the three-eighths pole, moved to the three path while roused around the five-sixteenths pole, was driven into the stretch in the five path, remained on her inside lead until just before the furlong marker then swapped to the propre lead and lacked the needed response. TRICKY TEMPER broke a step slow, chased the pace on the outside, dropped back in the four path on the turn, moved to the two path outside the quarter-pole and had nothing left while protected by the rider in the drive.
