Footnotes
INTERCEPTOR was hustled from the gate, moved up entering the main-track then contested the pace on the inside of a rival, was asked while moving from the rail to the two path on the turn, turned into upper stretch under the crop, dueled inside of the runner-up in the drive and gamely prevailed under strong handling. BARB moved up inside of a foe near the seven-eighths pole, contested the pace on the outside starting outside the three-quarter pole, vied in the two then three path on the turn, was asked near the quarter-pole, dueled outside of the winner in the stretch and was denied while just able to get the place. MOMENTUM FILES stumbled at the start but broke towards the front, led while taken under a snug hold early, conceded the advantage inside the seven-eighths pole, was allowed to drop back a few lengths behind the new leading duo without any encouragement, chased under some urging in the four path on the turn, came under a stronger hand-ride late on that bend, pursued the top two under a mild-hand ride in upper stretch, was put under a bit of extra right-rein pressure while still under a hand-ride and separated to the outside from the top two in the final furlong, gained while only flagged with a left-handed crop late, was put to a stronger hand-ride in the final few strides and missed while under less encouragement then the top two in the drive. SCOTTISH STORM bumped with a rival at the start, settled under some urging, saved ground while roused for more on the turn and lacked the needed response. FULLY BOOKED broke in and brushed with a foe, settled off the pace, moved in entering the main-track, raced between foes starting just outside the five-eighths pole, was roused in the two path on the turn and failed to respond. NANTZ bumped with a rival at the start and was last to commence, moved in under urging early, shifted back out near the three-quarter pole, was urged along on the outside, went around the turn in the five path and failed to threaten.
