WHITTINGTON PARK raced in the three path on the first turn, settled well back under some urging, moved from the two path to the four path while getting closer on the far turn, turned into the stretch in the seven path, rallied outside to get the lead outside the sixteenth-pole and prevailed under strong urging. WYNSTOCK broke at the rear of the field, rounded the first turn in the two path, settled at the rear under some urging, moved from the three path to the five path while getting closer on the far turn, spun into the stretch in the nine path, rallied on the far outside, closed strongly to make a bid outside the sixteenth-pole but missed while clear for the place. MR. PAPAGIORGIO was hustled from the gate, moved in while going to the front, rounded the first turn in the two path, lost the advantage outside the seven-eighths pole then was eased back, followed the leader down the backstretch, chased in the three path for most of the far turn then moved to the four path, was driven into the stretch in the six path then took the advantage, lost the lead to the winner outside the sixteenth-pole and weakened but held the show. NOTED was hustled from the gate, dropped from the two path to the inside early on the first turn, settled in third position, was urged along late on the backstretch, saved ground on the far turn, chased under a drive into the final sixteenth and also weakened. CERTIFIED LOVERBOY was hustled from the gate, showed speed then was taken in hand before moving out into the first turn, raced in the three path on that bend, ranged up to get the lead outside the seven-eighths pole, went clear onto the backstretch, traveled around most of the far turn in the two path then moved to the three path, lost the advantage into upper stretch and tired. TABEGUACHE broke a bit awkwardly then was urged early, raced in the three path on the first turn, settled off the pace, dropped back in the four then five path on the far turn and faltered. STRAPPED saved ground on the first turn, took an awkward step near the eleven-sixteenths pole then began to drop back and faltered then was eased before being transported off the track via equine ambulance.
