SWEET ANNIVERSARY tossed her head just after the start, was urged along on the outside, made a bid in the four path on the turn, took the lead while floating into the six path into upper stretch, responded well in the final furlong and proved best under steady urging. HIGHER FORCE pressed the pace on the outside, was urged along late on the backstretch, vied in the three path on the turn, fought on well in the stretch but was outfinished while able to get the place. AMY'S LIGHT was hustled from the gate, raced just off the pace, dropped back leaving the backstretch, went around the turn in the two path, chased into the final furlong, moved out outside the sixteenth-pole and finished willingly for the show. CAPITAL GAL went to the front, set the pace under pressure to her outside, was asked in the two path on the turn, lost the advantage into upper stretch, fought on well into the final sixteenth but was outfinished then missed the trifecta. STRACA raced just off the pace, was taken in hand while off heels near the eleven-sixteenths pole, dropped back leaving the backstretch, was ridden along in the three path on the turn, turned into upper stretch in the five path and failed to rally. DREAM ON CARA was antsy in the gate, acted-up and tossed her just as the gate opened, was in the hands of the assistant starter a moment longer then the rest of the field as he rendered assistance, dwelt and came out about ten lengths behind the field, went around the turn in the two path, came out to the six path into upper stretch and was no factor. CARA'S DREAMWEAVER was hustled from the gate then urged early, raced just off the pace, was put back under urging around the nine-sixteenths pole, saved ground on the turn and came up empty. FOLLOWING A STEWARDS' INQUIRY INTO THE START, DREAM ON CARA WAS DECLARED A NON-STARTER FOR WAGERING PURPOSES
