Footnotes
I CAN SEE THAT went to the front, rounded the first turn in the two path, showed the way with a clear advantage, controlled the action while inside on the far turn, was asked near the quarter-pole then came under a drive in upper stretch and drew off under steady urging. INSPEIGHTOFCHARLIE went three to four wide on the turns and improved to get the place. LETS FIGHT veered in at the start, settled on the inside, was roused on the far turn, chased under a drive into the final furlong and weakened while just able to get the show. BLUE PILL traveled around the first turn in the two path, settled off the pace, saved ground while roused on the far turn, swung out to the five path into upper stretch and also improved to just miss the show. DEEMER bumped with a rival at the start, was taken under a snug hold early then rated in the two path, bumped with a foe after turning into the stretch, was roused near the three-sixteenths pole and lacked the needed response. ARCH'S ASSAULT bumped with a foe at the start, was rated just off the pace on the inside, continued to save ground while asked on the far turn, chased the winner into the final furlong and tired. SOLO DANCING moved out into the first turn and brushed with a foe, raced in the three path for most of the first turn then dropped to the two path, tracked the pace, was given his cue in the three path on the far turn, bumped with a rival after turning into the stretch and came up empty. DOMINICAN PIRATE moved from the two path to the three path on the first turn, settled on the outside, was roused in the three path on the far turn and failed to threaten. SUNSHINE DANCER saved ground on the first turn, settled towards the rear, angled out on the far turn, reached the five path outside the quarter-pole and was no factor. LUCKY DRAGON brushed with a foe into the first turn, moved from the four path to the three path late on that bend, settled towards the front, was asked in the four then five path on the far turn and came up empty. SOL THE FRANK raced in the two path on the turns and faltered then was distanced in the final furlong. SCOTIA BOB was forced in at the start and last away, dropped well behind while saving ground on the turn and was eased but walked off.
