BACKSIDE BUZZ broke out then was hustled, angled in quickly in front of foes while going to the front, vied inside on the turn, responded well when asked at the quarter-pole, kicked clear in upper stretch and held under strong urging. SECRET RULES stumbled at the start but broke towards the front, settled off the pace, was roused four wide on the turn, came five wide into upper stretch, chased the winner while remaining on his inside lead in the drive and earned the place. MISTER J T dropped back while in tight between foes after the start, settled near the rear, went three wide on the turn, brushed with a foe near the three-eighths pole, came five wide into the stretch and improved to just get the show. COMMERCE COMET brushed with a rival after the start, settled towards the rear, brushed with a foe while in the two to three path on the turn, swung out to the six path into upper stretch, moved out near the sixteenth-pole and failed to threaten. POPPY'S PRIDE had her path taken early and was placed under a tight hold, tracked the pace on the outside, moved closer in the three then two path on the turn then made a bid, dropped back under a drive in upper stretch and weakened. PIPES AND DRUMS brushed with an opponent after the start, moved up then raced just off the pace while inside of a foe, dropped back leaving the backstretch, went around most of the turn in the two path then dropped to the rail and lacked the needed response. COLD AS HELL was urged along off the pace, raced in the three path on the turn and came up empty. CEES GET DEGREES chased the pace, was taken up with the left-rein leaving the backstretch, saved ground on the turn and also came up empty.
