Footnotes
MAN IN FINANCE tracked the pace and was three to four wide on the turn, came five wide into the lane to make a bid and went on even terms for command by the furlong marker and edged clear under one pop left handed then another one right handed with the crop to prove best. LONG POUR stalked the early pace and was two to three wide on the turn, made a three to four wide bid leaving the turn to go on even terms for command nearing the furlong marker but was out-kicked by the winner. EMPIRE SKY was settled back early and moved to the outside, five to six wide on the turn and came six wide into the lane and closed with good energy on the outside. LEO'S REWARD was allowed to settle early, two to three wide on the turn and was four wide into the lane but lacked the needed winning bid. ROOFER set the early pace on the inside while clear and remained clear leaving the quarter pole but was headed nearing the furlong marker and weakened. SHARE THE LUDT was settled along the inside and weakened. UNCLE GEORGE went bad after about hundred and fifty yards and was pulled up quickly, vetted on track to the right front leg and was loaded on to the equine ambulance and taken off the track. This race had a timing discrepancy or malfunction and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate time.
