KNOX was settled early on the outside in the clear, advanced five to four wide on the turn, came four wide off the bend and moved in nearing the furlong marker and to finished well up the inside to edge clear late to prove best, driving. CONFABULATION vied for the lead on the inside and made a bid leaving the turn to gain a short lead by the furlong marker but could not hold off the winner late while saving the place gamely. FLAT ON vied for the lead three wide early, then was in between rivals on the turn and came three wide off the bend and fought on but was out-kicked. FUNNY UNCLE tracked the early pace and made a three wide bid on the turn to vie for command nearing the quarter pole but weakened in the final furlong. FIRST OF HIS NAME was bumped at the break and off a beat slow, settled early, advanced four wide on the turn and came five wide into the lane and imoroved position. AWESOME EMPIRE chased the early pace from between rivals and was two wide on the turn but weakened. COLLECT FROM IKE stumbled at the break, went up to vie for the lead in between rivals and fell back on the turn and tired. BROWN DON'T STOP chased the pace on the inside and stopped.
