HELMET OF WILL was well rated early under a good hold drafting behind the leaders two wide, moved out to make a four wide bid leaving the turn to be clear by the furlong marker and drew off under left handed crop urging to prove much the best. FORT GRIFFIN pressed the pace from the outside, made a two to three wide bid by the quarter pole but proved to be no match for the winner in the final furlong while holding on to the place award. DILIELLO was settled early on the outside, three to four wide on the turn and came six wide into the lane and ran on late to gain the show award. ESCAPE HALL chased the pace from between rivals, two to three wide on the turn and came four wide into the lane but lacked the needed winning bid while just missing out on the show award. BOLD LOVE chased the pace on the outside and was three to four wide on the turn while advancing and came five wide into the lane but lacked the needed closing kick. SKIP FORWARD (JPN) was off slowly and reserved towards the inside early, two to four wide on the turn and came five wide off the bend and moved out farther and improved late under mild urging. TWO DUCKS tracked the early pace on the inside and fell back on the turn and weakened. GRUMBLYRUMHOGAN chased the pace on the inside and checked by the seven sixteenths and weakened. B RAGING ON was away alertly and set a pressured pace on the inside and was headed nearing the quarter pole then came up empty in the drive. RAGING SEA CAPTAIN was off slowly and outrun early, moved towards the inside to be two wide to the inside on the turn and never factored.
