ROOKIE CARD coaxed from the gate, dueled inside of ATLAL from the get go, remained patiently handled until let out taking the inside route into upper stretch, then drew clear under a drive to prevail. ATLAL coaxed from the start, dueled three then two wide, got set down taking the three path into upper stretch, proved no match for the top one while keeping on to hold for the place honors. TREATY OF ROME brushed the near side stall at the start and conceded three lengths to the front, chased three wide coming under coaxing at the five-sixteenths, swung three to four wide into upper stretch and offered up a mild bid. GREY ACE broke in at the start, chased along the inside coming under coaxing at the five-sixteenths, spun just off the inside for home and weakened in the stretch. GRAFFITI WRITER broke in at the start bumping DEVIL OF RAMADI, chased four to five wide down the backstretch before tucking to the two path through the turn, came under coaxing at the three-eighths, went seven wide into upper stretch and made no impact. GRIFFIN'S WHARF tossed his head in the gate and was caught unprepared for the start lunging out of the gate and conceding five lengths to the front before settling into stride, crossed directly to the inside and chased along the rail until tipped out at the seven-sixteenths two then three wide through the turn, went six wide into upper stretch and tired. DEVIL OF RAMADI got bumped at the start by GRAFFITI WRITER, chased four wide until tucked to the two path at the seven-sixteenths, came under coaxing at the three-eighths, swung four wide for home and tired.
