Footnotes
BOLD VICTORY got steadied at the break when losing his lane to CATHEDRAL BEACH, who broke out a step, chased four then three wide from the tail of the field coming under coaxing with seven-sixteenths to run, angled six to seven wide into upper stretch, closed well on the outside and was just up on the wire to score. AMUNDSON four then three wide in pursuit, came under coaxing near the quarter pole, swung four wide into upper stretch, rallied to take command near the eighth pole, dug in under growing late threat and was nailed on the line. QUIET WISDOM broke out a step at the start and was corrected, chased five then four wide coming under a ride three furlongs from home, angled six wide into upper stretch, offered up a mild kick. LAUGHING BOY chased four paths off the inside down the backstretch before tucking three then two wide through the turn coming under encouragement with five-sixteenths to go, angled five wide into upper stretch, offered up a mild kick. BURNINHUNKOFLOVE bobbled at the break, showed the way early on until displaced from the front by DOT'S DOLLAR, chased three then two wide in closest aim of the leader, spun three wide into upper stretch, kept on under a drive to the finish but was out-finished in the final furlong. DOT'S DOLLAR coaxed from the gate, established the front five and a half furlongs out and showed the way in hand along the inside patiently handled until roused taking the two path into upper stretch, dug in under threat and was caught just outside the eighth pole, weakened in the late stages. CATHEDRAL BEACH broke out a step at the start and was corrected, chased just off the inside and then along the inside under urging from the seven-sixteenths, angled four wide at the head of the stretch, offered no response.
