TERMINAL VELOCITY went to the front, showed the way on the inside, responded well when asked nearing the quarter-pole, fought gamely with the runner-up in the final furlong and just held under strong urging. ANNEXPERIENCE went around the first turn in the two path, moved out from behind cover with about five furlongs to run, was asked in the three path on the far turn, chased in the four path into upper stretch, made a bid nearing the eighth-pole, battled with the winner in the final furlong and just missed while able to get the place. MOE EIGHTY EIGHT was last to commence, rounded the first turn in the two path, settled towards the rear, was roused in the three then four path on the far turn, turned into the stretch in the five path and finished willingly for the show. AMPLITUDE settled on the inside, raced behind horses on the far turn, was roused at the top of the stretch, altered out inside the three-sixteenths pole and improved to get the last spot in the superfecta. MO KREESA prompted the pace on the outside in the two to three path, was given his cue on the far turn, dropped back under a drive into the final furlong and was outfinished then just missed the superfecta. ZAPRUDER saved ground on the first turn, settled at the back, moved from the three path to the four path on the far turn, spun into the stretch in the six path and failed to threaten. CHARLES J moved in early, settled on the inside, shifted to the two path outside the quarter-pole, turned into the stretch in the three path and lacked the needed response. EL DE LARRY raced in the three path on the first turn, settled off the pace, saved ground while roused on the far turn and failed to rally. LANDAUER rounded the first turn in the three path, settled towards the back, saved ground on the far turn and was no factor. RUN HAPPY PAPPY was taken under a snug hold early then reserved in the two path, moved to the three path late on the far turn and failed to respond.
