FREE DANCE was bumped soundly at the start, disputed the pace between horses, vied in the three path on the turn, bumped with a rival in upper stretch, lost touch with the winner into the final furlong and weakened then just missed the place while able to get the show. SUNDAY GILT was bumped in the hindquarters at the start, showed speed then was well placed just off the pace, chased inside on the turn and lacked the needed kick. TOTAL SILENCE broke in and bumped with a foe, bumped twice with a rival near the three-quarter pole, contested the pace between horses, vied in the four then three path on the turn and tired. MAN OF MISCHIEF was bumped at the start and forced into another rival then steadied, moved in towards the rear, saved ground under urging on the turn, came out into the stretch and failed to threaten. ASSET MANAGEMENT chased the pace between foes, bumped twice with a rival near the three-quarter pole, moved in under urging around the five-eighths pole, traveled around the turn in the two path, lugged in very badly in the stretch and came up empty.
