TWISTED FILIGREE got bumped at the start by MASTER FREUD and in turn bumped STREET ROD, chased just off the inside and then along the inside coming under coaxing at the five-sixteenths, spun two to three wide into upper stretch, rallied and was bumped by STREET ROD coming out slightly a furlong out, seized command a sixteenth from home and gamely dug in to fend off a rival to the finish. MASTER FREUD broke out at the start bumping the aforementioned foe into STREET ROD, chased along the inside coming under encouragement at the five-sixteenths, swung three wide into upper stretch, rallied to issue a challenge inside the final furlong, dug in head to head through the final seventy yards but was ultimately repelled at the end. A LISTER broke in at the start and was bumped by STREET ROD who ricocheted off TWISTED FILIGREE, got coaxed along briefly early on before settling just off the inside in mid pack, came under coaxing at the three-eighths once more, took the inside route into upper stretch, rallied up the rail offering up a mild kick to get up for the show honors in the final jumps to the wire. NANO MAN chased just off the inside coming under coaxing at the three-eighths, angled four wide into upper stretch, offered up a mild kick. STREET ROD broke in at the start under coaxing and was bumped by TWISTED FILIGREE due to pressure from MASTER FREUD and in turn bumped A LISTER, showed the way in hand just off the inside and then along the inside, spun just off the inside into upper stretch, dug in under threat and came out slightly bumping the eventual winner a furlong out, got caught by that rival near the sixteenth marker and weakened in the late stages. EDDIE THE GREAT got steadied when pinched at the start when rivals came together from either side, chased three wide until tucked inside into the turn, got ridden along at the three-eighths, swung seven to eight wide into upper stretch and improved position with a mild bid. LI'L LANG got bumped at the start by VERY STORMY, chased three to four paths off the inside down the backstretch and then just off the inside through the turn pushed along from the three-eighths, angled five to six wide for home and weakened. NOBLE HUNTSMAN chased four then two wide under a ride from three furlongs out, tipped four wide into upper stretch, offered no response. TOMACON chased four then three wide coming under coaxing at the three-eighths, angled out seven wide into upper stretch, offered no rally. MAZZEI chased along the inside under coaxing from the three-eighths, spun just off the inside into upper stretch, made no impact. ALWAYS A WARRIOR broke out at the start bumping VERY STORMY into LI'L LANG, chased four then three wide down the backstretch before tucking to the two path through the turn coaxed along from midway, swung four wide at the top of the stretch, weakened. VERY STORMY got bumped at the start by ALWAYS A WARRIOR and in turn bumped LI'L LANG, bobbling when making contact and conceding four lengths to the front, chased five then three wide pushed along from three furlongs out, tipped five wide at the head of the stretch and made no impact.
