Footnotes
SYNTACTIC unhurried for the first half mile to be the trailer, rallied leaving the three-eighths pole, circled the field to be six wide turning for home and closed well through the lane to prevail in the final sixteenth. TOMA TODO sped to the lead while wide into the turn, worked over to the rail while a clear leader on the first turn, came under constant pressure down the backside through the final bend responding well shaking off the early bids on the far turn, dug-in battling the winner gamely through the stretch and finally gave way late as second best while having done all the dirty work in a game effort. PRINCE RAMA tracked the leaders down the backstretch, rallied three wide to loom at the quarter pole and flattened out in the stretch. MT. ZEROR reserved off the pace racing four wide to the far turn, rallied on the bend while angling into the two path coming for home to be prominent in mid-stretch and failed to sustain the bid finishing evenly. HANDSOME HARRY stalked the pace from the rail to the far turn to be well placed and failed to respond when called upon. CATHOLIC GUILT pulled from between rivals down the backstretch with an early move to press the pace for a half and came up empty on the final turn.
