CHROMED IMPULSE prompted the pace in the four path, bid passing the quarter, swung from the five path into the lane, and drew ahead in the final sixteenth. COOLER KING bumped with an inner foe at the start, set the pace inside, stayed on while along the rail down the stretch, but got edged out by an outer foe in the final sixteenth. MISTER MCLEAN pressed in the three path, kept on from the four path down the lane, but evened out in the final sixteenth. SLICK COUNTRY BOY had a slow start, stalked in the five path, was driven around the turn, floated out to the seven path at the top of the stretch, and stayed on. PALACE KITTEN trailed in the five path and made no impact from the eight path down the lane. THIRTY SECONDS OUT bumped with an outer foe at the start, chased in the two path but retreated.
