Footnotes
THEALLIGATORHUNTER stalked in the three path, bid passing the quarter, exchanged bumps while dueling with an inner foe from the five path to the wire, and got the bob. PLANE TALK vied for the lead in the two path, held command around the turn, was roused while tipping out to the four path at the top of the stretch, exchanged bumps with an outer foe while digging in gamely to the finish, but lost the bob. DESPERATE MAN was wellback in the four path, angled out to the six path at the top of the stretch, and kept on for show. BODENHEIMER dueled for the lead inside but yielded down the lane. AXEL STEEL had a slow start, trailed in the five path and made no impact. PHILO BEDDOE bobbled at the start, chased in the four path but faded in the five path down the stretch. KATAR raced off the pace in the four path and did not threaten.
