SYNTACTIC was void of any early speed, saved ground along the backstretch, angled out 5-w through the second turn, was gaining steadily, took control mid stretch and edged clear. MATT'S LUCK followed the early pace, raced four wide through the turns, loomed through the second turn, was no match and was second best. THE BLACK STRAT set a clear early pace, raced off the rail through the turns and weakened late. FOUND JORDAN was unhurried early, raced four wide through the second turn and offered no late rally. WODETON (FR) was reserved early, raced five wide through the second turn, drifted out and was no factor.
