Footnotes
REVERSE MERGER vied two wide, cleared entering the lane and drew off under drive. CONQUERING CAT stalked along the inside, tipped out to the four path in upper stretch, flopped back to his left lead at the furlong grounds, yet ran on to reach place shortly after and narrowed the winner's margin late to prove second best. DEREK'S LAW stalked in the four path, claimed place entering the lane, but only managed to chase the clear leader in upper stretch, yielded through the final furlong yet lasted for show. GREATDAYFORHOCKEY laid off of the pace near the inside, shifted out to the four path turning for home before floating to the six path entering the lane, then stayed on mildly to miss show. PURSE THIEF leaned out and bumped a rival at the start, tracked in the three path and between horses, chased while moving out to the five path into the lane but lacked a bid. ACKNOWLEDGE took contact from an inner rival leaving the gate, vied inside of the eventual winner, but faltered entering the lane and caved. CROOKED BULLET raced at the rear in the four path, got floated to the five path turning for home and was outrun thereafter.
