DEVELOPMENT FEE was bumped between horses at the start, stalked along the inside, took aim outside of the top pair while entering upper stretch in the five path, gained an advantage at the furlong grounds and drew clear. COLONEL CALIENTE leaned outwardly at the start, prompted two wide, led in teh four to three path in upper stretch, but was headed by an outer bidder at the furlong grounds and yielded yet lasted for place. TOM CAT TUESDAY stalked three wide, chased while getting floated to the six path into the lane, yet kept on but missed place. STORMY PASSAGE chased in the four to three path and moved up mildly. HELM PLACE leaned into an inner rival at the start, set the pace along the inside, got headed in upper stretch and faded. PENEI broke outwardly and was off slow, lagged well behind leaving the chute, improved three wide with ah half mile to go, progressed in the two path before swinging out to the five to six path in upper stretch, but flattened out. ARTICLE saved ground in midpack, but to no avail while hanging on his left lead. PERSONAL JET transferred contact from an outer rival to an inner foe at the start, raced off of the pace in the four to six path and failed to menace. TROJAN PRIDE bumped an inner rival at the start, raced at the rear two wide and made little impact. OLD TRACE pursued from midpack in the three path and weakened. SEVEN TAYLORS was brushed by an outer rival at the start, lacked speed along the inside, was done early and eased through the lane.
