RACING DRIVER was allowed to settle early, made a three wide move on the turn, leaned in nearing the furlong marker while taking over and drew clear to prove best under a drive. COALMOON bumped at the break and reserved early near the back, two path on the turn, swung out nine wide leaving the turn and closed full of run late but was too late. STRATEGIC FORCE was allowed to settle early, advanced three to four wide on the turn and came five wide off the bend to make a bid but needed more late. COVERT LAW was settled back early, two to three path on the turn and came four wide into the lane and angled out leaving the three sixteenths and had a mild late kick. FEVER NIGHT was reserved early, three to four wide on the turn and swung out seven wide leaving the turn and had some late kick. MAGNUM FORCE was close up early, then stalked the leader and made a two wide bid nearing the quarter pole to duel for command, gained s hort lead leaving the turn but weakened in the final furlong. CONQUERING CAT was close up leaving the chute, then tracked the pace and was in between rivals on the turn and came two wide off the bend and weakened. REVERSE MERGER was allowed to settle and saved ground on the turn, came two wide off the bend and lugged in leaving the three sixteenths and tired. BRERETON'S BAYTOWN was reserved early, came eight wide into the lane and tired. DEVELOPMENT FEE tracked the pace along the inside and came up empty in the lane. BACKTRACK vied for the early lead and then set the pace and moved to the inside, headed leaving the five sixteenths and dueled for command and gave way in the lane.
