Footnotes
ZADORSKY bumped with an outer foe leaving the gate, stalked four wide, moved forward to press the leader from the four path into the turn, ranged up to bid while well in hand entering the lane, took charge in upper stretch and drew off under modest urging. TRIPOLINA was void of early speed, advanced while hung six wide turning for home and ran on to gain place at the sixteenth pole. GILA pressed outside of the leader early on, failed to sustain pressure while chasing between rivals approaching the turn, yielded position in the four path and among foes around the bend, yet came again in the final furlong to reach show late. SECRET STATEMENT set the pace along the inside, led narrowly from an outer presser while taking the turn in the three path, got headed by that bidder entering the lane and weakened. CATMINT bumped with an inner foe at the start, saved ground at the rear, advanced inside of rivals entering the lane, then sustained rail pursuit evenly to miss fourth at the wire. DULCE DESPERTAR (ARG) chased in the three to five path around the turn and tired. NORMANDY QUEEN broke a step slow, tracked forwardly along the inside, chased from the two to three path around the turn and weakened between horses entering the lane.
