Footnotes
MIDNIGHT PRANKS bumped with an inner rival soon after the start, advanced inside of rivals with a half mile to go to track from midpack along the inside into the turn, saved ground around the bend, rallied up a vacated rail to bid inside of the leading pair at the furlong grounds, dueled with an outer rival through the final sixteenth and narrowly prevailed. LIGHTNING STRUCK pressed three deep, ranged up to bid turning for home, vied in the four path entering the lane, dueled with an inner pair into the final furlong, then only a single inner rival in the final sixteenth but missed. PRINCIP bumped with an outer foe at the start, saved ground off of the pace, rallied into the final furlong, tipped out at the sixteenth pole and gained show at the wire. SOUND DOCTRINE vied for the lead while inside of a pair of foes turning for home, clung to an advantage while moving to the two path into the lane, dug in between horses into midstretch, but yielded with a sixteenth to go and got nailed for show. HIGHER STANDARD pursued from midpack two wide and between horses into the turn, chased into the five path into upper stretch, lugged outwardly and bumped a foe in the final furlong, yet stayed on for a minor share, then was transported off of the track in an equine ambulance. MORELLO bumped with an outer foe soon after the start, stalked close up along the inside, shifted out and chased in the five path in upper stretch, but lacked progress and yielded. M B'S MUNNING broke a step slow then was bumped between rivals and put to cramped quarters soon after the start, trailed along the inside under a hold into the turn, spun to the three path into the lane and ran on mildly. CHRYSO ALOGO broke a step slow and was bumped between horses at the start, lacked speed two wide, moved from the five to seven path to split foes at the furlong pole, but was bumped by an inner rival at the sixteenth marker and failed to factor. ONE COOL DUDE pursued from midpack three deep, chased after getting floated to the six path into the lane, lacked progress before being bumped by an inner rival into an outer foe at the sixteenth pole and yielded between horses late. MOWINS bumped with an inner foe leaving the gate, laid off of the pace four wide, floated to the seven path into the lane, then eight wide into the final furlong and made little impact. PAY ZONE vied two wide, then between horses around the turn, then caved entering the lane.
