MULTITASK pursued from midpack two to three wide, shifted out to the six path in upper stretch, rallied along with an outer UNLEASH THE POWER to bid with that one at the sixteenth pole, dueled thereafter and clung to an advantage to the wire. UNLEASH THE POWER broke a step slow, settled well back in the two path, shifted three wide with a half mile to go, pursued in the four path around the far turn before fanning out to the eight path into the lane, yet rallied to bid along with an inner foe at the sixteenth pole, sparred with that one late but was fended off. WARHOL set the pace in the two path, then along the inside around the far turn, dug in as an outer presser vied into the final furlong, battled gamely before being outkicked by a wider pair passing the sixteenth pole, then kept on to reclaim show. GILDED CRAKEN was reluctant to load, stalked the leader from the three path, came under urging to sustain pressure around the far turn, ran on to vie into the final furlong, but flopped back to his left lead before getting outkicked by an outer pair at the sixteenth pole and yielded late. ROCKY JOY stalked along the inside, took aim between the top pair in upper stretch, but lacked a bid then held fifth. BROWN LIQUOR MAN tracked two wide and between horses, moved out to the four path in upper stretch, but lacked a kick and pursued evenly. DECANTED tracked three wide, pursued in teh five path in upper stretch, got outkicked by an outer pair in the final furlong and ran on one paced. DIRECT CHANNEL broke a beat slow, raced off of the pace in the three to two path around the first turn, then between horses with a half mile to go, took the far turn in the three path before shifting out to the seven path entering the lane, and failed to factor. SICILIAN DEFENSE saved ground in midpack, chased in the two path in upper stretch and lacked a rally. NOAHS ARK broke a step slow, trailed along the inside, shifted to the four path into the lane and failed to factor. ROYAL SPIRIT lacked speed in the three path and made little impact. FLAMINGPROPOSITION saved ground off of the pace and never got involved.
