CHADO showed the way along the inside, met an outer challenge turning for home and held firm through the lane. DELTA TAU CHI broke a step slow, recovered to chase closest to the eventual winner and from the three path into the turn, crept closer to issue a bid nearing the lane, but was kept at bay through the final furlong. TRACK RANGER rushed forward after a flat-footed beginning, tracked from midpack two wide and between horses, chased three wide into the final furlong and stayed on to edge show late. VIX broke a step slow, steadied behind a faltering foe and got shuffled back leaving the five furlong pole, laid well back in the two path around the turn, bided time while encountering traffic behind foes into the lane, then stayed on between horses in the final furlong to bid for show but got outkicked for that position. SOCO AND LIME stalked along the inside, willingly chased the top through midstretch but yielded show to an outer pair late. SILENT BREEZE failed to sustain forwardly position and dropped back soon after the start, raced off of the pace in the four to five path and failed to menace. BERNIEDOTT pursued from midpack three wide, chased in the four path into the lane and gave way. SILVER SCREEN dropped back and faltered with five furlongs to go, trailed in the four path around the turn and showed little.
