REBEL RED (GB) settled well back in the two path, swung out to the seven path into the lane, rallied while hanging on his left lead, changed over before bidding leaving the furlong grounds, gained an advantage at the sixteenth pole and drew clear. HIGHWAY ROBBER laid off of the pace along the inside, then in the two path around the second turn, crept closer in the three path around the final bend, fanned out to the five path entering the lane, rallied to bid in upper stretch, vied into the final furlong, but got outkicked by an outer rival at the sixteenth pole. VERSTAPPEN pursued from midpack two wide, got floated to the four path passing the five furlong pole, tracked three deep around the final turn, pursued in the four path into upper stretch, but got outkicked shortly after, ran on between rivals in the final furlong and gained show late. LAMBETH cleared off early on, met an outer challenge at the half mile pole, vied with that one around the final turn, fought on as outer rivals bid into midstretch, but yielded with a sixteenth to go and missed show. GOLDENEYE tracked along the inside, shifted out passing the five furlong pole, progressed three wide to bid shortly after, vied two wide around the final bend, battled between horses into midstretch but yielded late. ANGLOPHILE stalked along the inside, got outmoved to be midpack approaching the far turn, awaited racing room in the two path turning for home, shifted out to the five path into the lane and failed to menace. UTAH BEACH settled well back along the inside, saved ground, shifted out to the six path entering the lane, got outkicked while pursuing mildly between horses in upper stretch, checked while flopping back to his left lead in the final furlong and lacked a bid. SUGOI stalked two wide, chased in upper stretch and faded. TAPIT SHOES dropped back into the first turn then trailed throughout. This quarter mile fraction was originally hand timed and has been re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate time.
