LEMON ZEST stalked two wide while moving outside of the leader down the backstretch, pursued while perched in the four path around the turn, ranged up turning for home to offer a bid entering the lane, was kept at bay through upper stretch, yet sustained her bid to forge an advantage at the sixteenth pole, flopped back to her left lead while moving away from her inner counterpart and edged clear. MARGARITA GIRL led while remaining wide entering the backstretch, crossed over to the two path with five furlongs to go, showed the way as an outer pair pursued around the turn, met an outer challenge entering the lane, maintained a margin confidently before being set down passing the three sixteenths marker, gamely clung to an advantage while getting collared leaving the furlong grounds, but was headed at the sixteenth pole and was second best. BUNDLE transferred light contact from an outer rival to an inner foe at the start, tracked from midpack in the three path, shifted out to the five path while progressing into the lane and ran on willingly. STRONG DESTINY broke inwardly and brushed a rival at the start, raced forwardly along the inside into the backstretch, stalked along with an outer rival while moving outside of the leader and to the three path into the turn, but failed to issue a bid along with her outer counterpart nearing the lane, chased between horses into the stretch and gave way. IN THE STARS was brushed by an outer rival leaving the gate, raced at the rear along the inside before progressing with five furlongs to go, took closer order to track from midpack along the inside around the turn, but came under urging chasing into the lane, flattened out and tired. BUCKLE CHASER lacked speed in the three path, trailed along the inside around the turn and failed to factor. DANCING DRUMS leaned outwardly when the gates sprung, raced off of the pace in the four path and weakened.
