PAIR OF SOCKS brushed with an outer foe at the start, bumped an outer foe and checked passing the eleven sixteenths pole, tracked along the inside, tipped to the three path into upper stretch, took aim on the leader while moving to the five path into the final furlong and drove past. BEBEDOURO brushed with an inner rival at the start, bumped with that one again at the eleven sixteenths pole, laid off of the pace int he three path, tipped out four wide at the three furlong pole, progressed quickly turning for home to bid entering the lane, forged an advantage in upper stretch, hung on his left lead while edging away in the final furlong but was caught in the final sixteenth. COUPERIN trailed in the four path, floated out to the five to six path in upper stretch and rallied willingly. BUSHIDO broke sharply, set the pace along the inside, got headed by an outer bidder in upper stretch and faded through the final furlong. GILDED RULER was brushed on both sides at the start, then got bumped between horses and was forced to steady back at the eleven sixteenths pole, raced off of the pace in the two path an pursued one paced through the lane. AMERICAN XPERIMENT chased three wide, got outmoved by an outer rival turning for home, then faded in the four to vie path and between rivals in upper stretch. NABOKOV pressed two wide, got outmoved by an outer bidder entering the lane, then faded once floated out to the three to four path in upper stretch.
