Footnotes
INCREDIBOLT trailed three wide, advanced around the far turn, rallied in the four path in upper stretch, brushed with an inner foe while progressing into the final furlong, reeled in the leader at the sixteenth pole and drew clear. UNIVERSE prompted two wide, bid between horses around the far turn, led in upper stretch, but got outkicked by an outer bidder at the sixteenth pole and was second best. VERY CONNECTED bumped with an outer foe at the start, laid off of the pace in the two path, trailed before fanning out to the five path while picking up stride entering the lane, then rallied to reach show at the wire. I DID I DID laid off of the pace in the four path, bid three deep around the far turn, but flattened out in upper stretch, brushed with an outer rival while chasing into the final furlong, kept on to rebid for show between rivals late but missed at the wire. GANAAS set the pace as an outer foe prompted, clung to an advantage from a pair of outer bidders turning for home, but got headed in upper stretch and faded. BRICKLIN bumped with an inner foe and bobbled subtly at the start, stalked three wide then weakened between horses rounding the far turn. VOST tracked along the inside, weakened turning for home, was pulled in midstretch then walked off.
