Footnotes
TIME FOR MONEY stalked four to two wide into the backstretch, bid entering the lane, inched clear and held sway. EMPIRE WEST pursued from midpack along the inside, shifted to the three path in upper stretch and rallied between rivals to edge place from an outer foe late. THOUSANDSTICKS broke a beat slow, tracked along the inside, tipped three wide and between horses while progressing turning for home, took aim on the new leader entering upper stretch, chased into the final furlong, but drifted out slightly at the sixteenth pole, lost place to an inner bidder and saved show from an outer foe. SHERIFF BART pursued from midpack in the three to two path, inched closer four wide and between foes turning for home, ran on while getting floated to the five path into the final sixteenth and missed show. HE'S A CHARMER laid off of the pace along the inside, tipped out in the final sixteenth and moved up late. GARRYOWEN vied along the inside before backing off to stalk into the backstretch, chased between horses in upper stretch and lacked a bid. TURBO LAUNCH set the pace two wide before moving to the inside into the backstretch, got headed entering the lane and weakened. SHUGGY lacked speed along the inside and made little impact. ROBERT LEE broke a step slow, lacked speed three wide, inched closer five wide around the far turn, but fanned to the six path into the lane and tired. DARK HOPE lacked speed two wide and never got involved. WADI AL KOUF tracked in the three to two path, but steadied three wide and between horses turning for home and faltered.
